If I could rate this business higher than 5 stars I would. My salesman, Defrim provided me with excellent customer service from start to finish. The car was sold as is and he gave me a 30 day warranty on the transmission without extra fees. I have had the car about 1 month now and the latch on the driver side door stopped working. He fixed it with no charge. I will be shopping here for my car needs from this point forward. Defrim made car shopping and buying easy and affordable.

A Google search for Mini Coopers in the Nashville area led me here and I'm very grateful! My questions were answered directly, without the sales spin I've experienced at other places. As a current Mini owner who has struggled to find reasonably-priced, Mini-experienced mechanics, they listened to those concerns and assured me they could service my car as well. Great experience!

I flew to Nashville and bought a Mini Cooper from them. On the way back to FL, a hood vent blew off. I called them and they have ordered a replacement to be shipped to me! There was no warranty, so they are going above and beyond. Everyone there was so kind and helpful.

I purchased my 2015 QX60 about 3 weeks ago. I had the oil and transmission fluid changed along with a thorough check of the vehicle. My mechanic told me all was good. I live about 75 miles from the lot and when I saw the car online I wanted to check it out. There were a few things Defrim worked out for me before purchasing the car, kept his word to me. I replaced the tires with Michelin, smooth ride and no noise. I would purchase another car from them. They were all great, Thank you Defrim and Kai!

Best used cars dealership ever! I purchased a Mercedes Benz E550 from them, and I got the best deal I have ever had! They give 30 Day Warranty for the cars, yeah it’s unbelievable! None of the used cars dealerships, even big companies don’t give you a warranty for 30days! I have had a check engine light with my fault and I didn’t have an idea they would fix it. Anyway, I decided to call and asked if they could help and I was shocked. It was still under warranty and they fixed them for free! I don’t know any dealers that can give you a warranty for a used car. Thank you guys, you are the best! Especially Sean who has helped me with choosing my car.

Drove up from Chattanooga to get a Cadillac I showed up 10 mins before they closed, Beck let me test drive the car and stayed after business hours to make sure I didn’t drive up for no reason. Drove back to Chattanooga I liked the car but it just wasn’t the one called Beck he said no problem bring it back he will give me the down payment back. When got there “10mins before closing again” I returned the Cadillac and saw a truck that caught my attention, after they closed Beck let me test drive it and told me to take my time no rush.
